Initiate Return Request
Log in to your account dashboard and select the order containing the network hardware you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Hardware for Shipping
Securely pack the device in its original anti-static packaging, including all power adapters, rack-mount kits, and documentation to ensure a full refund.
Submit for Inspection
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit to our technical inspection facility.
Quality Audit and Refund
Our engineers will perform a diagnostic check to verify hardware integrity, and once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
